The Vice President of Partnership Marketing will be
responsible for developing and executing the company's overall partnership
strategy and approach, onboarding and operationalizing new partners, and
optimizing value from existing partners.
In this role, the Vice President of Partnership Marketing will oversee:
identification and management of new partners for the company's industry
leading loyalty program, Total Rewards, in collaboration with the Total Rewards
team; the creation of new partnership opportunities for the overall corporate
enterprise that are brand-consistent/accretive; the development of a
partnership 'playbook' and set of guidelines for use by individual properties
for the creation and monetization of local partnerships; identification of new
opportunities to monetize the company's distinct assets and capabilities.
The Vice President of Partnership Marketing will participate in
creative thinking and new idea generation around how partnerships can improve
the strategic position of the company, and deliver distinctive experiences to
our customers. This position will work
across Corporate Marketing, Marketing Shared Services, Hotel Operations, IT and
Legal. This role will need a strong creative direction and understanding of
customer needs and marketing strategy, along with the ability to express and
'sell' new ideas to different layers within Caesars, as well as a disciplined
approach to project management. Other
skills that will be helpful in this role are communication skills across
multiple levels of the organization, analytical skills to evaluate the viability
and effectiveness, and the ability to recommend improvements to the marketing
President of Partnership Marketing will have high visibility to both high level
property GMs and to the CMO, CTO, and CEO levels within the corporate team.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead informed debate on all
aspects of the Partnerships strategy will be key.

to drive deal constructs and also work with these teams to bring the
partnership to market
on Marketing strategy and lead cross functional teams to ensure that the
expected business case is achieved for both Caesars and the Partner
test, and analyze current and future Partner marketing campaigns
with analytics to ensure Partnerships are delivering value to the enterprise,
and to our customer base

with Corporate, ESS, and Property teams to execute successfully
